Courtney is known for the screenplays he wrote for The Offspring, Class of 1999, Puppet Master III: Toulon's Revenge, Trancers III and many others . Among the books he has written are Shotgun, a western set in the 1880s Six Guns and Sleigh Bells and Two Bit Kill. He also directed Trancers III (1992), Lurking Fear (1994), and more!
