THE HUNT FOR A SERIAL KILLER

Kathy, Mark and Burk take another dark trip into True Crime with a new Netflix documentary series directed by Tiller Russell called, NIGHT STALKER: THE HUNT FOR A SERIAL KILLER. Richard Ramirez terrorized the city of Los Angeles in the 1980s, and anyone who lived here at the time has very distinct and scary memories of those days. A seemingly random and brutal series of murders, child abductions, shootings, stabbings and horrific murders that were baffling to local law enforcement, until the pieces of the puzzle finally started fitting together. It’s a terrifying story, and we discuss not just the series, but the general personality of the city of Los Angeles in those days, and how it all changed after this and several other brutal crimes erased what was left of this city’s innocence.
